Important Dates to Remember
When is the Evanchik Family Reunion?
Reunion weekend is November 20–22, 2026 in New York City. Our main family reunion celebration will take place on Saturday, November 21 from 5:00–8:00 PM.
Where is the main reunion event?
The main reunion will be held at The Lawn Club at The Seaport, located at 1 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10038.
What should we expect at the reunion?
The evening will be relaxed and social, with light bites, drinks, games, and plenty of time to catch up and enjoy being together as a family.
How do I RSVP?
RSVPs are being handled through Partiful. Please use the reunion invitation to let us know you’ll be joining us.
Is there an admission cost?
Yes. Reunion admission is $25 for guests age 21 and older. Admission is handled through the Partiful invitation when you RSVP.
Where should we stay?
Our official reunion hotel is the AC Hotel New York Downtown. We’ve secured a special reunion rate for our group.

When do I need to book the AC Hotel?
To receive the special reunion rate, please book your room by Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Is there a family brunch on Sunday?
Yes. We’re planning a family brunch for Sunday, November 22.
If you plan to attend, please indicate that in the questionnaire included with your Partiful RSVP by November 6. Menu details will be shared soon.
How do I RSVP for Sunday brunch?
You do not need a separate invitation. When you RSVP for the reunion through Partiful, complete the questionnaire and select the Sunday brunch option.
Please do this by November 6 so we can provide the restaurant with an accurate headcount.
Can I share family photos?
Absolutely. We’d love for everyone to share favorite family photos from over the years.
You can add them to our family photo folder or upload them through Partiful .
